HEC is one kind of non-ionic soluble cellulose ether, which can be dissolved in hot or cold water, and has the characteristics of thickening, suspending, adhesive ,emulsion, film forming, water retention and protective colloid, etc, which is widely used in paints, cosmetics,oil drilling and other industries.

As a non-ionic surfactant, in addition to thickening, suspending, bonding, floating, film-forming, dispersing, water-retaining and providing protective colloids, it also has the following properties:

1)HEC is soluble in hot or cold water, and does not precipitate at high temperature or boiling. It has a wide range of solubility and viscosity characteristics and non-thermal gelation.

2) HEC can coexist with a wide range of other water-soluble polymers ,surfactants, and salts because of its non-ionic, It is an excellent colloidal thickener with high concentration electrolyte solution

3) Its water retention capacity is twice as high as that of methyl cellulose, and it has better flow regulation

4) Compared with the recognized methyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, the dispersion ability is the worst, but the ability to protect colloid is the strongest.

Packaging: 25kg in a bag lined with PE film, or as per clients’ requirements.
